A large repository depends on a service portfolio, not only a Git directory and build graph. This item owns the service map; developer-loop quality belongs to H.3.3 Local Feedback.
- Name service boundaries, supported capabilities, clients, data, authorities, dependencies, and owners.
- Include SCM hosting, code review, search, cross-references, indexes, ownership lookup, mirrors, snapshots, and large-file services as applicable.
- Keep global discovery distinct from local workspace population and repository policy distinct from service implementation.
- Define normal, degraded, emergency, maintenance, and retirement modes.
- Measure the named workflow each service enables rather than collapsing the platform into one score.
