Service reliability preserves supported repository work and trustworthy platform state; it does not own shared-main or product-delivery recovery.
- Set service-specific availability, integrity, durability, recovery, and data-loss objectives for named workflows.
- Back up and restore source metadata, reviews, indexes, ownership, mirrors, and configuration according to their authority and rebuildability.
- Exercise disaster recovery and degraded workflows; documentation without a restore result is not recovery evidence.
- Classify product, evidence, infrastructure, capacity, policy, and unknown incidents before retrying.
- Track repeated failure, repair time, blocked cohorts, and exported toil rather than one generic repository-health score.
