One repository revision can produce one product, many services, public artifacts, or a coordinated release set.

• Unified delivery simplifies coordination where products truly share cadence, compatibility, and recovery.
• Independent delivery preserves autonomy while requiring explicit source, artifact, compatibility, promotion, and runtime state per product.
• Release trains provide predictable coordination windows and may delay otherwise independent changes.
• Supported lines and backports serve consumers that cannot follow head and create branch, security-fix, compatibility, and ownership obligations.
• Hybrids are normal; name the real coordination boundary rather than deriving it from directory placement.
