One repository revision can produce one product, many services, public artifacts, or a coordinated release set.
- Unified delivery simplifies coordination where products truly share cadence, compatibility, and recovery.
- Independent delivery preserves autonomy while requiring explicit source, artifact, compatibility, promotion, and runtime state per product.
- Release trains provide predictable coordination windows and may delay otherwise independent changes.
- Supported lines and backports serve consumers that cannot follow head and create branch, security-fix, compatibility, and ownership obligations.
- Hybrids are normal; name the real coordination boundary rather than deriving it from directory placement.
